Harajuku & Maidreamin!

Hello!

I woke up about 7.00 am today. We started getting ready and had breakfast at the hotel. I had some cereal and rice with salmon slices and seaweed. I drank one cup of black tea, two cups of green tea and one cup of Jasmine tea. They were all delicious! Especially the seaweed.

We had been planning to visit Shibuya and Harajuku again that today. And maybe Akihabara, if we had the time for it. First in Shibuya we visited the Hachiko-statue, it was amazing! I love it's story ;;
Then we walked around a bit, and continued to Harajuku.

Now I knew what I was looking for. Some socks, clothes, a coat and a pair of shoes! I got a dress, and two pairs of socks... And a skirt from LizLisa's shop! It's really cute!

I went to Closet Child too. It's a second hand shop in Harajuku, and I got there a hair-bow and a ring with a ribbon on it. There were also soooo many cute dresses but I didn't know which one I wanted so I didin't take any of them yet.

Then I visited Body Line's store, I liked it too! I think I'll get something from there as well.

I've been looking for a cuter Spring/Autumn coat for ages, but I didn't find it today either. Let's hope I'll find one soon! I think I'll also get some lashes and contact lenses here too.

Then I visited a few Sanrio stores. Everything was so cute and dreamy and I felt like there was everything I had ever wanted! I need to go there again, deffinitely.

Then it was time to go to Akihabara. We got lost a few times while getting there but we made it! There were so many anime-stores and different kinds of cafés.. After a couple of stores we both felt a bit hungry so we stopped By at this local fastfood place. the food was delicious! Especially the shrimp tempura I ordered.

Then we headed to Maid cafe. We went to Maidreamin, and I think that was one of the best experiences of my life. The maids were all very cute, everything they did was cute, - and if not, they did it in a cute way, there was a lot of dancing, good music, lot's of fun and delicious ice-cream and tea! I deffinitely recommend it to everyone who ever visits Akihabara. Remember; Maidreamin!!

Then we continued to somewhere where my dad could find his passions: Yodobashi! A huge 8-floor-building full of electronics! We didn't stay there long, but it was fun!
Though I felt like the Hello Kitty Polaroid-cameras were following me... at least three times when I turned around, there was one right ahead of me, in different places. Spooky! I've been dreaming about one though, maybe it was a sign!

As we headed back to the hotel we got lost again, but with the metro-map we managed alright. At the hotel we just relaxed and I took a hot bath.

See you tomorrow!

Shibuya & Harajuku!

My first Morning tea!
It has been a long day!

Alright, first we left at my dad's place with a taxi. Then we got to Helsinki by train, and then to the airport.

We waited something close to 3 hours and got into the plane. While waiting I noticed that one of my friends was going to Japan that same day too! I met Juulia at the airport right when she was getting in her plane.

Then it was close to 10 hours in the plane. I slept most of the time, but also watched some movies, such as the Pan, and The dark knight. I really enjoyed the flight, and we were served macha tea! It was delicious!

We landed in Japan 10.00 am at the local time. That would be about 03.00 am in Finland! But I wasn't tired at all.

Once we got away from the airport and after we stopped by in a currency exchange we took a train to Tokyo, from the Narita Airport. Then we continued with subway to our hotel, Monterey Hanzomon.

Then it was time to be going again. After one and a half of an hour, my japanese friend would be coming to see me and show me some places, such as Shibuya and Harajuku. I refreshed my makeup a little bit, but then it was time to go. My dad stayed in the hotel as we left.

We went to Shibuya first. I was so amazed! It was just as I had expected, just awesome! There were beautiful gyarus, and everything was so big and the weather was still warm! We walked around a bit and then this man came by. I didn't really catch what he was saying but my friend translated it to me that he was a makeing a tv-programme. He just wanted me to answer one question to the camera, so I thought why not.

Then we went to eat something. My first meal in Japan! I got an Italian salad and a banana muffin! Some black tea too. It was delicious! We also met this South-African guy who chatted with us while we were eating. He was so nice! It was really amazing to watch all these cute gyarus and lolitas walk by as we were eating.

Then we went to take some purikura-photos! My friend told me she used to take them a lot, when she was in high school. I could take them every day!!

Harajuku's turn! We walked there, it took about 16 minutes. And what a place! I loved it even more than Shibuya!! Every other shop was full of pastel coloured cute stuff and the clothes were amazing! I didn't buy anything yet though. I'm going again tomorrow! It was really amazing.

We had agreed with my father that I'd be back for 07.00 pm. We arrived back to the hotel just in time, perfect! She also gave me and my sister a gift, cookies and two sanrio pens! I'll save half of the cookie bag for my sister, and give her the other pen, of course.

Now, I'm actually starting to feel a bit tired. I'm looking forward for tomorrow, but right now I'll just take a loooooong bath, drink some tea and sleep.

All the credits and thanks belong to my friend who helped making this day so very special. I don't know how I can ever thank her enough!

See you tomorrow~´

Netflixing & Chilling

Hello!

Only four more days before I'm leaving to Japan! I'm so exited!
-- And busy. It feels like I'm drowning into all this schoolwork and stress, - but I also have some really good stress relievers so I'm going to be okay.

There have been a lot of exams, and some paperwork to do for my maybe-soon-to-be schools. And reading, of course! I also met my friends last weekend. Last Friday there was a ball in the high school nearby. Now, my English-skills may not be enough to tell you what it was about, but it's kind of a tradition after the third-year-students leave the school. I danced a bit too, - but only for a reeaally short time haha!

A couple of my friends were there too, as they are students of the high school. They were so gorgeous!! The other one of them took me as her avec to the afterparty, and I really enjoyed my time then. We watched one of Charlie Chaplin's movies that day too, and I had so much fun I even forgot my massive tea cravings haha!

Then on Saturday I got home and relaxed a bit. We finally had Netflix, so that kinda meant it was a good time to start watching a new series! I started watching Hannibal, and oh my god! Let's just take a moment to appriciate Mads Mikkelsen, alright? This series is going to be the death of me, since I've only seen the first 10 episodes and I'm already having some emotional break downs because of it.

On Sunday I visited my dear friend at her new apartment, and she had decorated it so nicely! I wish my future apartment would look somewhat like hers, haha!

My mom and Tero also got me a huge Sherlock: The Abominable Bride poster from the local cinema and I was so happy!!

Yea, basically everything is alright. I may have felt a bit more anxious than usually during these past few days, but I'm sure it will pass. I still haven't finished the Sense and Sensibility and that kinda bothers me but I'm sure I'll find the time to finish it soon.

Siina is well too. Still growing, but she couldn't be better.

Anyway, I should go. I'm watching Hannibal and studying for an exam while writing this, that should tell you something, haha! I could really use a good night sleep.

Good Night everyone! I hope to see you soon!

Valentine's day & Deadpool!

Hello, and happy Valentine's everyone!

Oh yes, I'm a bit late, but that's only because I haven't been home that much. I was in Lappeenranta, meeting my best friend after such a loong loong time! I was really happy to see her. Really, she's so dear to me~!

First I missed my train and I was really comfortless, but my other friend Pinja came to the trainstation to check on me and keep me some company. I'm so thankful! I had to do my makeup all over again at least three times because I got so emotional, haha~! But after an hour I was in the next train, on my way to Lappeenranta!

When I finally got there, I was starting to feel a bit restless and unsure. I didn't exactly know what to do and I was even afraid, haha! All for nothing, - she came soon with two of her friends and I was finally relaxed. I felt so comfortable the whole evening! Her family was as nice as I remembered them to be and I can't recall sleeping that well at least for months.

We watched some movies, such as The Babadook (which ended up becoming one of my favorites) and 11/11/11. We also saw some Finnish horror-comedies.. well.. they were alright, I guess lol!

Such a messy bed..
On Friday I felt a bit uneasy. I was going back home that day and neither of us was sure when we would meet again. Hopefully soon! Then, my hair-dying went terribly wrong, and I had to change all my plans about my looks that day. That especially caused really much discomfort, but I got over it eventually and bought a new can of hairbleach.

Then! As it was the Valentine's,  Mizu took me to this nice and quiet place for some cake and tea. I got myself some Ealr Grey and Strawberrycake. It was delicious! And of course I loved just being with her too!
We met one of her friends too, just by an accident. I didn't get the chance to get to know her since I was too shy, but she seemed like a really nice person!

Before I even noticed, I was in a train back on my way home. I was sad, yes, but it was nice to see Siina again. Besides, the next day I was going to see the Deadpool with this guy from my class.

About that, - it was awesome. Inappropriate humour on it's best, we both liked it very much.  Loved it, actually! Just hoping to see Wolvie and Wade in a same movie one day...

By the Monday morning I had already dyed my hair again, and now it's not that bad! I had a good day, playing with Siina outside and so on, before leaving to the cinema. It was a bit late when I got home, and the rest of the night I spent reading fanfics..

That caused me to oversleep some big time, and I didn't even have the time to do my makeup in the morning, nor have my morning tea. Despite of that, everything was fine and I met one of my friends today as well. Onni helped me with some school projects but my video editor isn't the most cooperating thing in this world, so I hope my teacher won't be mad if I apologize her for it... Wish me luck!
Huge baby <3

Then I talked on the phone with one of my dearest friends, Alexandra, and it made me feel so much better! Big thanks to her!

Tomorrow I'm going to talk with the student counselor about my future. A bit nervous about that too but it'll be fine! Also Ghost B.C won an Emmy- award last night and I'm so happy!

See you soon, lot's of love!

Busy days

Hello everyone!

As the title may tell you, I've been very busy. I've sent three job applications, filled some papers for high schools and of course; studied. With all this I had to find my ways to relax, so I spent most of my evenings in the city's library or with my friends.

Valentine's day is coming soon, and I'm spending it with my best friend in Lappeeranta. In Finnish Valentine's day is translated as "Friend's day", and people usually celebrate it with their friends as well as with their significant others. I'm leaving there tomorrow, it has been too long since the last time we met!

Tomorrow's also Deadpool's premiere in Finland, but I'll go watch it the next Monday with a friend. I've waited this for so long! The struggle is going to be real with avoiding spoilers, haha. Just wondering where I'm going to fit the movie poster, since this huge Wolverine poster I got only a few days ago is perfectly stealing all of the space left on my wall. Not complaining tho! Who wouldn't want a giant Wolverine on their wall, huh?

A few days ago I found some X-Men comics from an antiquarian nearby. My collection is growing fast! Then there was the announcement of the new Harry Potter book, - I was so happy! Can't wait, must say that I'm expecting a lot from it.

Yesterday when I was out with a group of friends, I found this absolutely beautiful blouse and a porcelain cup with a saucer, - they're so cute!

Luckily I've had some time to read too. I started Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility on Wednesday. I love it how generally kind the people are in it, - or at least have been for now. There's enough tragical literature already, I like reading something happier for a change.

I also don't really like the idea that I'll be leaving junior high after this semester. I mean of course I'm exited, but there are the best teachers in my school, - and that's why I like going there so much. Now, I'm not only saying this because I know my English teacher reads my blog, it's only true! Well, I also have the best classmates and some very good friends in there. Gotta enjoy the last months then, eh?

See you soon!!

The Danish Girl

So I went to see the movie, and it was the most beautiful thing I've seen in a long time.

The Danish Girl is a story about a man who isn't entirely himself. Something has to change, but it isn't going to be easy. I recommend the movie to everyone who appreciates beauty, and knows how to relate with the characters. I swear, it's one of the best movies I've ever seen. After the first 20 minutes I cried the whole movie 'til it's end. Not entirely because of the sadness, rather because of the raw truthfulness and beauty. It's an inspiring story, and most of all, - true. To some, even today.

Then, that night at my dad's we searched for some hotels. It was hard because there are naturally a lot of hotels in Tokyo, but we're staying in the Hotel Monterey Hanzomon. I'm looking forward to it, - especially because my "Sweet Sixteen " is going to be in the Sanrio Puroland! I couldn't think of anything better.

We're also visiting Nikko and Miyajima island, along with Kiyoto and Hiroshima! It's going to be so much fun, and for what I saw in the pictures, the nature is sooooo beutiful! I can't really describe my feelings, it's only three weeks! I'll also see the Shibuya crossing and maybe Tokyo Disneyland~!

Also, dad bought me some tea! I've tasted Greenfield's black tea before, so now I wanted to try out the green ones. He got me the Jasmine Dream and Flying Dragon, and I think I like the Jasmine Dream better. It tastes like heaven, and smells even better! It was perfect, to enjoy so delicious tea and read the 4th part of the DC's JLA series. I finished it after some time, and it was great! Batman being Batman, that's a good comic guaranteed.

The next day it was my last day at work. I visited home shortly before starting, and it took only a few hours for me to deliver the adverts. Then it was over. Phew, finally it was safe  for me to make plans over the weekend! I still had some schoolwork to finish, too.

Back at my dad's we shoved a pizza in the oven and I started writing this text about a book we recently had to read for school. I finished it shortly, as the subject of the text was easy for me to write about. Then, while listening Dead or Alive, I sat down and started writing this. It's been a long day, but dad will make me some pancakes later, yayy!

I think I'm also going to watch the Jane Eyre movie this evening, and after that maybe some Star Trek and Doc Martin. Quite a contrast I've got there, haha!

Tomorrow I'm meeting a friend, and going to see my grandparents in the afternoon.

See you soon!!
